We first started in 1971 and have since founded several businesses in the United States and Asia. We started designing and importing products from Asia in 1975. We grew our business to become very successful with offices in Los Angeles, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Thailand. We have been involved in negotiating licenses and contracts for some of the world’s largest marketing campaigns, such as the 1976, 1980, 1984 and 1988 Olympics, the World Cup of Soccer, and Big League Baseball. We have enjoyed very successful working relationships with the International Olympic Committee, ISL Marketing, the United States Olympic Committee, and the Worldwide Olympic Licensees such as Coca-Cola, 3M, Kodak, Phillips, and Time Inc. In addition we have worked with Coca-Cola, Disney, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, the Hard Rock Cafés internationally, Anheuser Busch, DFS Worldwide, the MGM Group in Las Vegas and many other international companies and organizations.

We branched out into online marketing and launched our first website in 1993. Our business evolved into product development, contract manufacturing from Asia, distribution to the wholesale and retail trades, consulting in marketing, finance, business management, and even flower farming on the island of Maui. Over the last 38 years we have been in many challenging situations, all of which we were able to successfully meet head on and create and live into an outstanding outcome.

Along the way we discovered many important things about business that has given us the knowledge and inspiration to help others.
